Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
These are the rules for using BritDeath TV. They're written to be read, so please do. By creating an account or paying for anything on the site you agree to them.
1. Who we are
BritDeath TV (britdeath.tv) is run by Danny Douglas, trading as BritDeath TV ("we", "us").
You can contact us at support@britdeath.com. We aim to reply within 3 working days.
2. Who can use BritDeath TV
- You must be 18 or over. The shows contain graphic violence and blood.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Give us a real email address. We use it for your receipts and to help you get back into your account.
3. What you are watching
The shows are filmed live events put on by independent wrestling promotions, including deathmatch wrestling. They include real blood, weapons such as light tubes, glass and barbed wire, and injuries. The performers are trained professionals. Do not try any of it yourself.
4. Subscriptions
- A subscription costs £4.99 a month (or the price shown when you subscribe) and lets you watch every show marked as included in the subscription.
- It renews automatically every month and is charged to your card until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage subscription and payments"). You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, then it stops and you're not charged again.
- If we change the price we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
- Promo codes: a free trial gives you access for the stated number of days; if you also start a subscription during the trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. A discount code takes the stated percentage off every monthly payment for as long as you stay subscribed. A lifetime code gives free access to the subscription while BritDeath TV runs. One code per account; codes have no cash value.
- The shows in the subscription change over time. Promotions add shows and can remove them.
5. Rentals
- Some shows can be rented for the price shown on the show's page.
- A rental lasts 7 days from the first time you open the show, and you must start it within 30 days of buying it. Watch it as often as you like in that time.
- Rentals are for your own personal viewing on your account.
6. Your right to cancel
Normally you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days. Because BritDeath TV gives you the content straight away, we ask you at checkout to agree that streaming starts immediately and that you therefore lose that 14-day right to cancel once you have access.
This doesn't stop you cancelling your subscription whenever you like (see section 4), and it doesn't affect your legal rights if something we supply is faulty. Our refunds page explains when we give refunds, including some cases where we go further than the law requires.
7. Using the site fairly
You may not:
- record, copy, download (unless you've bought a download), re-upload, stream to others or sell any show;
- share your account or let other people use it;
- try to get round the paywall, the player's protections or our security;
- use the site to harass anyone or to break the law.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where we close an account because of a breach of these terms we won't refund the current month or any rentals.
8. The promotions and their shows
Each show belongs to the promotion that put it on. The promotion is responsible for having the rights and permissions for everything in it, including the consent of the people who appear. Promotions that upload to BritDeath TV agree separate terms with us, and we check every show before it goes live.
If you think a show breaks the law or someone's rights, email support@britdeath.com with the show's name and what the problem is. We'll look at it quickly and take it down if it needs to come down.
9. If something goes wrong
- We work hard to keep BritDeath TV running, but streaming over the internet can be interrupted and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- If the service is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair or replacement and, in some cases, a refund. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
- We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have expected, or for damage to your device that was caused by you not following instructions or keeping it updated.
- We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change affects your subscription in a significant way, we'll email you first and you can cancel if you don't agree.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, email support@britdeath.com first and we'll try to sort it out. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings there.
